I build people and processes with a focus on integrity, clarity, and results. I’m the founder of Axiomsy, where I help growing businesses find where operations cost them time and money, then build the systems that fix it.
The short version
I’ve spent the last decade leading teams in both ministry and business, overseeing operations, marketing, and organizational development in places that needed steady leadership, clear systems, and genuine care for people. I build people and processes, and I’ve learned that the two only work together.
My story
Before I worked in business, I led teams in ministry, directing people and programs for years. That’s where I learned trust, stewardship, and consistency, and that when people are equipped, valued, and aligned around a purpose, the results take care of themselves.
I moved into manufacturing by installing the product myself, then ran marketing, then operations. Doing the physical work first taught me the product, the logistics, and the job-site reality, and it keeps every strategy I write grounded in how work actually gets done.
Today I oversee operations, sales, marketing, and client relationships across multiple markets, building quoting systems, CRM dashboards, and performance tracking that help teams scale output and profitability without losing the culture that makes them who they are. That’s the approach I bring to Axiomsy.
